Schwarzenegger: 'Marijuana Isn't a Drug'

HOLLYWOOD - Actor-turned-California Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger has sparked controversy after claiming marijuana is not a drug. The Terminator star, 60, made the bizarre statement in a recent interview with GQ magazine--despite previously admitting to having smoked the illegal substance in the 1977 bodybuilding documentary Pumping Iron. He says, "I didn't take any drugs. That (marijuana) is not a drug. It's a leaf. "My heart was pumping iron, trust me." While marijuana for medical reasons is permitted in California, those found to be in possession of a small amount of the drug face a misdemeanor charge and a maximum $100 fine.

Spears to Spark Controversy with New Pics

HOLLYWOOD - Britney Spears is set to shock the world with saucy new promotional shots picturing her seducing a handsome Catholic priest. The images are to promote her new album Blackout--which is released on Tuesday--but the shots, in which the troubled singer is dressed in a black blouse, short black miniskirt and fishnet stockings, will outrage the Catholic church with her suggestive poses. In one picture, Spears is snapped leaning seductively against the confession box as a young priest listens to her repent her sins, while in another photo, Spears is shown sitting on his lap inside the cubical.
